"Eve-Teasing"

Eve teasing, often known as "sexual harassment" is a regular occurrence for the women and girls of Bangladesh. It is a malpractice of a male person upon a female person physically and mentally with a bad intension in different ways. They utter any negative word, makes any sound or gesture to the female person. There are many causes of eve teasing. Lack of education is one of the cuases of eve teasing. Lack of moral value and free exposure to ultra modern fashion causes eve-teasing. Want of consciousness of law enforcement agencies is another reason for it. There are also some impacts of eve-teasing. It disencourages the girl's education. The girls are pushed to early marriage. We should take effective steps for removing this social curse. Education system must be modified, Teachers must play their rule to disencourage eve-teasing. The law enforcing agency should be conscious to stop eve-teasing. Already many eve teasers have been brought to book by the mobile courts in different places. Above all, raising public awareness can play an important role to stop this heinous act.



                                  
 "Price-hike in Bangladesh"

Price-hike means the unusual increase in the prices of daily necessaries. Nowadays, it is a common phenomenon in Bangladesh and the problem is getting worse day by day. Market syndicate is mostly responsible for this price-hike in Bangladesh. Besides, some dishonest people store essential commodities with a view to making huge profit and thus contribute to increase prices. Other factors which cause price-hike are less agricultural production due to natural disasters, lack of raw-materials, want of speedy communication, political instabilities, money inflation in national level etc. Price-hike has created a deplorable condition in our society. Lives of general public have been posed to a great threat. Price of essential commodities have gone beyond the capacity of the poor and the fixed income people. More or less, almost people of all classes are suffering from the problem of price-hike. It is a problem which cannot be solved overnight. The Government should take both immediate and long term drastic steps to reduce price-hike. Any syndicate activities are to be suppressed boldly and inflation of money should be controlled. Agricultural sector should be given priority in the annual budget. At the same time, public awareness should also be raised against price-hike.

He renders a very valuable service to the the ill-fed, ill- td, ill-healthed and ill-housed village people.  His qualification : A village doctor is generally a quack. He now passes for a doctor after modern fashion. A village doctor works with a qualified doctor for few years and receive raining under him. Then he comes to his native village and begins practising as doctor.  His dispensary : A village doctor opens his dispensary either in the parlour of his house or in a room in the village market. He has in his dispensary a table, a chair, one or two almirah with a small stock of medicine and one or two benches for his patients. He does not take the service of a compounder. Paragraph~ "The Victory Day" & "Tree Plantation"

"The Victory Day" The 16th December is a red letter day in the history of Bangladesh. On this day, we won victory at the cost of a bloody battle of nine months . We celebrated the last 'Victory Day' in our institute very gorgeously. Our teachers cordially helped us in the arrangement. On the 15th December, we decorated every corner of the institute compound with green leaves, festoons and coloured papers. Adequate seating arrangements were made for the teachers and students. Under the guidance of our physical instructor and some other teachers we fixed the items. We started the celebration by hoisting the national flag. Immediately after this the march past took place and the Principal of our institute took the salute. Then they sang the national anthem. We also arranged a discussion meeting and a cultural function.
