"MY FAVOURITE FOOD"

Food is the first among all the fundamental needs of human being.

We take food to satisfy our hunger. We all want to live a worthy life with a sound health. It is said, Health; health, sound health; There's nothing like health. So, our food should be healthy and balanced. The saying, "Health is wealth" depends mainly on the proper choice of food. We know that the choice of food yaries from person to person. I am not an exception. My favourite food is rice with fish, mutton, pulses and vegetables. These foods are very essential for our health.

Rice contains a high amount of carbohydrate. Fish is an item of protein. Mutton and pulses contain a good percentage of fat . Both rice and pulses have high energy content too. Pulses have more minerals than rice . Vegetables are full of vitamins and other kinds of food value. They are nutritious and good for health. I prefer milk and tea as my favourite drink. Everyday I drink a glass of milk after my supper. Milk is another good source of fat and energy. Milk contains a good percentage of mineral. I also take tea to refresh myself from time to time .I try to follow. a maxim like, "After lunch rest a while, After supper walk a mile"

"Mill Visit"

During the last winter, I paid a visit to the North Bengal Sugar Mill. It is situated in Natore. It is one of the biggest sugar mills in our country. I was impressed to see the activities of the labour of the mill. I observed the procedure of making sugar from sugarcane. Here I saw the mill in functioning basically in three shifts. The shift incharge changes the shifts. At first the labours collect sugarcane from farmers. Then they push the cane into the machine. The total mill area is a highly complex structure. The whole place is well securad. The mill is grenerated and promoted by technologies. The mill is running six months a year. The quality of production of sugar of this mill is very good. I learn some practical knowledge to visit the mill.
